Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How long until I receive my drum?

A: As one of the world’s leading percussion manufacturing companies, we strive to complete and deliver your custom drum within 8-12 weeks from the date of order confirmation, and you will always have direct contact with the people actually building your drum should that delivery window need adjustment.

Q: How do I get an endorsement deal with you guys?

We are not currently accepting “official” endorsers. But please feel free to brag about us everywhere!

Q: You should have one of those fancy drag-and-drop virtual drum builders with snazzy graphics and sound effects and stuff.

[That’s not a question.] Yeah, we like those too, but there are two really big negatives: 1. Most of those builders are based in Flash, which is not supported by all browsers/devices and is being slowly deprecated; 2. Making changes and additions to those things requires some pretty heavy-duty recoding. Our current builder, while lacking a little in the whiz-bang GUI department, allows us to make rapid-fire additions to options without relying on a developer to recode the whole darn thing.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

We must add 6.25% sales tax only if your drum is shipped to a Massachusetts address.

Q: Where is your factory located?

We build our drums in Woburn, Massachusetts, which is a suburb just north of Boston. You might be interested to know that Paul Revere rode through Woburn on his way to Concord and Lexington! (He didn’t have time to stop in to chat with the guys.)

Q: Can I visit your factory?

YES! We’d love to see you, but please contact us to make arrangements at least 1 week in advance.
